Reservations/Cancellations
|

A reservation deposit is required for all new clients. Deposit is 1/2 of reservation fees and payable with a credit card or via venmo. See Refund Policy Below. All remaining fees are due at time of pick-up. Cash, checks, and major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, and Discover) are accepted. A $25.00 service charge will be applied for all returned checks. As a courtesy, we will attempt to contact you for confirmation prior to your reservation. However, we do ask owners to assume responsibility for their pet's reservation. If your schedule changes and necessitates rescheduling a reservation, we ask that you kindly give us notice.

- Under 3 Days No Refund and the remainder of the booking is due.

Each guest has a private indoor enclosure. This reduces stress as they are able to “get away” and rest without the nuisance of neighbors. Blankets are provided for every guest as needed. A large perimeter fence protects the entire building and grounds. We do not board dogs with severe anxiety, aggression or behavior problems. *We only accept Housebroken Dogs. A accident here are there is understandable however if they continually potty while inside they will be crated during their stay and a clean up fee will be charged.
*Dogs MUST be from the same family and able to be housed together at meal time. Size of dogs may also limit our ability to house them together. There is a limit of two large dogs per enclosure for their comfort.
*Puppies under 6 months old require extra care. They are priced at $35 a night until 6 months of age.
* Prices are per night. Your first night is charged regardless of drop off time. |

Add-on Options

Homecoming Baths are available at additional cost. Come home to a clean pup! Your Dog(s) WILL get dirty during their stay. We play outside in Water, Bubbles, Dirt Rain or Shine. Let us know if you want a homecoming bath and we will discuss price.

Canine Massage is available while boarding. Give your dog the special treatment while you are away. Let us male them feel relaxed. Canine Massage is performed by a Certified Canine Massage Practitioner. (Vet Approval for required.)

Individualized Care for all dogs. Owners live on site and are here to interact with your pet all day and night. This allows late night and early morning potty breaks.

Medication Administration is not a problem. We are happy to administer medication as well as follow any special dietary needs. Our guests will enjoy the same love, care and affection to which they are accustomed to receiving at home.

Special Diets are not a problem. We prefer you bring along the food your dog is accustomed to. Please clearly label food with feeding instructions and put in a safe package. We are familiar with Raw and can accomadate Raw Diets as well!

Frequent Potty Breaks are part of your pets stay with us. Each guest will have at least FIVE outdoor potty breakers per day beginning early in the mornig and ending at bedtimes. More breaks as needed! |
Lots of Play Time are also a part of your pets stay with us. Your pet will have atleast 2 extendedplay sessions with their favorite activites such as playing ball or frisbee or just running around. All Included in their nightly Price! |
Treats and Stuffed Kongs are all part of our Nightly Cost. Your dog will enjoy many treats during the day. They will get a special bedtime treat as well. During "Nap" time dogs are given stuffed kongs to keep their minds busy! |
